  • It is very important to us that you are happy with your purchase. We accept returns* within 14 days after purchase.

    Please note that we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened and where the original packaging is no longer sealed or in original condition.

    Please don’t hesitate to contact us prior to ordering should you have any questions regarding a return.

    If you wish to return a product, please contact us and include your receipt number, which item is to be returned and the reason.
    We will email you a return number and shipping instructions.

    We don't accept any returned items that don't have a return number.

    We do not accept any responsibility for returned goods that are lost or damaged in transit.

    Once we receive the item and have evaluated its condition, we will process your refund immediately.

    We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item please follow above return instructions and we will issue a refund. You can then place another order.
