Vannfall Vase Clear
Vannfall – a water jug in mouth-blown glass designed by the Japanese designer Jin Kuramoto.
Vannfall is Norwegian for waterfall and the clear glass looks like running water.
The initial master model of Vannfall was hand made in Jin’s studio, and all of his intuitive, haptic decisions are captured in the final product.

Nedre Foss is a Norwegian brand of Sustainable homeware objects rooted in Scandinavian design.
The core of Nedre Foss is the notion of the Century Product and what they refer to as Sculptural Utility or bruksskulptur as they say in Norwegian. By this they mean objects that will serve you for at least 100 years, and where the sculptural qualities on one side and the utility aspect on the other, are equal parts of the function.
Nedre Foss is directed by the design studio Anderssen & Voll. Founded by Torbjørn Anderssen and Espen Voll in 2009.
Their goal is that the objects should last you for at least a hundred years. The idea of «The Century Product» grew from the rather self evident recognition that the premises for a sustainable object is better solved on a design level rather than leaving this responsibility to the manufacturer.
